The campaign for people powered streets in Greater Manchester

We believe everyone in our city should have the freedom to travel actively on streets designed for people.

Walking, wheeling or cycling is good for our health, good for our communities and good for our planet.

At the moment many people don’t feel that these modes of travel are safe or accessible enough – even though 49% of us want to walk or wheel more, and 40% want to cycle more.1

We campaign to make that possible

Our role is to influence policy and decision makers, by setting an agenda, backed by communities who demand change.
