Can you imagine how people could use and enjoy the city centre’s public spaces without the restriction imposed on us by years of prioritising car movements?
We already occasionally see the tables turned in favour of people; for example during sporting and cultural events. But we’d like to make this a reality more often in the future, by helping the Council to stage car-free weekends in Manchester City Centre.
